TLJ Developments Ltd offers comprehensive Organisational Development Consulting to meet a range of needs including individual, small team, and large scale change-management support and development.

Some of our normal ways of working have been severely tested over recent times, with experiences leaving some people grappling with complex change issues either to sustain what has been achieved, or to radically alter the response.  To make any sustainable change requires more than a “one off” management solution.  We will work alongside you to build confidence, competence, and energy to create meaningful change.

Strategic planning

We work with Boards, leaders and teams to help identify strategic goals and objectives and to align these with those of the larger system. We can also support the development of a short- or longer-term strategic plan, ranging from a baseline SWOT analysis through SMART goals and action steps.

Dysfunctional cultures & behaviours

Under certain circumstances, however, the culture of an organisation or team can become its greatest liability. Dysfunction in workplace culture occurs when the existing culture no longer advances effectiveness.

Team effectiveness & team coaching

Mediation & facilitated dialogue

Resources are available to assist with workplace conflicts between two or more parties. We are able to provide impartial support in conflict resolution and next steps, in addition to less formal processes of facilitated dialogue or a more formal process of mediation.

As highly skilled, experienced and accredited meditators, we will work with parties to identify concerns and objectives, find safe and constructive ways to understand all perspectives and agree a way forward.
