In an ever changing world, the practice of organisational development is more important than ever. TLJ Developments provide a holistic focus on increasing organisational and individual effectiveness and health – as we believe one cannot exist without the other. We work in a way which demonstrates the importance of curiosity, creativity, courage and co-production to bring about change for improvement. To achieve this, we utilise our many years of experience to provide the following services:
Working with Boards, leaders and teams to help identify strategic goals and objectives and to align these with those of the larger system. We can also support the development of a short- or longer-term strategic plan, ranging from a baseline SWOT analysis through to SMART goals and action steps.
Working across the organisation, large or small, to determine what is important. Values and behaviours will be developed alongside the understanding and agreement of how to recognise when they are (or are not) being fulfilled.
We will encourage you to change the way you think about dysfunctional and destructive behaviour whilst providing you with theoretical and practical skills to address such behaviour and replace it with positive approaches.
Team members can gain a fresh perspective, achieve a sense of focus, and build confidence and effectiveness both as a team and as individuals, which can immediately transfer to the workplace.
With over 500 hours of coaching experience, we will customise specific processes, tools and techniques in order to help identify and achieve your goals, while maximising your full potential.
Ongoing change is a constant in our lives. We offer customised techniques for appreciation and understanding of the readiness for a specific change. Common change projects include organisational restructuring and leadership or staff changes.
Resources are available to assist with workplace conflicts between two or more parties. Our staff are certified mediators able to provide impartial support in conflict resolution and next steps, in addition to less formal processes of facilitated dialogue, or a more formal process of mediation.
